The next full meeting begins promptly at 6:30p on TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 8th, at the Akron Yacht Club.

Due to my having a senior moment, I completely FORGOT NEXT TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 1st for continued work taking down poles and gourds. We have about 6 more sites to get done, so we are still in need of helpers for next week. The more helpers the lighter the workload.

TIME: 6:30 PM until dark
LOCATION: Meet at the BARN AT PORTAGE LAKES
(travel to sites based on gourd vacancies)

ACME Fresh Market Community Rewards ProgramSAVE YOUR ACME GROCERY RECEIPTS! PLPMA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit we can cash in on the ACME Community Cash Back program. The more ACME store brand products you buy, the more the cash will add up.

This began August 1st and will continue through November. If you look at your receipt at the bottom right below YOUR ACME SAVINGS, you will see a dollar figure for your Community Cashback. No work to do, just bring your Acme receipts to the monthly meetings or mail to:

Or call/email one of the officers and we will gladly come to you! My last trip I earned $54.59 in Community Cash. We receive a percentage of the Community Cash. If all 50 members were able to collect that much each month, we could easily increase our revenue stream very quickly.

The Akron Yacht Club is at 3575 South Main Street ~ Akron, OH 44319

NORTH of Turkeyfoot Lake Road/Rte. 619 just past “The Ramp” restaurant and over the bridge. The Akron Yacht Club is right next to the Goodyear Yacht Club.

The Akron Yacht Club is just SOUTH of IBH (Interval Brotherhood Home) on the east side of the street just around the curve. If you go over the bridge, you’ve gone too far.
