The Portage Lakes Purple Martin Association is an organization dedicated to the survival of the Purple Martin species. Our conservation efforts are to give the birds the ideal environment for nesting and raising their babies.

We have a number of educational activities and events through the year. We welcome you to join us raising awareness about the Purple Martins in Portage Lakes and how they contribute to our ecology. Our School Education Day, Martinfest, Adopt-a-Nest and Twilight Boat Rides are just some fun ways you can learn about the birds or even volunteer your help with.
